What’s Included:

1. End-of-Stay and Welcome Cleaning

If you own a rental property we can manage the cleaning in between guests. We handle everything from thorough cleaning of all rooms to sanitising high-touch surfaces, ensuring your property is fresh, clean, and ready for the next stay. We will tackle tasks like removing the rubbish, restocking essentials, refreshing linens and tidying the outdoor spaces.

2. Start of Season Clean

After the winter, we will air the house and perform a deep clean of all interior and exterior areas including hard-to-reach areas. All surfaces will be cleaned as well as windows, seals, electrical appliances, furniture and rugs. Showers, tubs, and toilets will be descaled and disinfected. In addition, outdoor spaces will be refreshed. Patios, decks and entryways will be swept and all garden and pool furniture cleaned and tidied.

3. End of Season Clean

Just like the Start of Season clean, we will ensure all areas of the house are cleaned thoroughly and in addition bedding, curtains, and linens will be washed and stored. Seasonal items such as parts of the watering system and pool gear will be cleaned and stored. Electrical appliances will be removed from the plugs and we will ensure all heating systems are off.

4. Laundry and Linen Services

We handle laundry services which include washing, drying, ironing, and folding of all bed linen and towels so that fresh, high-quality linens and towels are available for each stay.
